So today, I leave for Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton for a 6 day session of Corporal's Course, a formal school for Marines who are to be promoted from Lance Corporal to Corporal. The Marine Corps was kind enough to open up the school for our JROTC unit to learn about leadership. The school is located a few blocks up from Camp Pendleton's Del Mar Beach. There's only one downside; I doubt that we're gonna have time to hit the beach :[ Oh well, at least we're getting lessons on leadership that were kind of covered, but not completely. See you all in six days.
